Mike Graham

Sales Manager: Europe & Middle East

With 20 years of sales experience, Mike focuses on building long-term relationships and unlocking new market opportunities. At NDX, he leads expansion across Europe and Africa and drives growth into the Middle East, playing a key role in our global strategy. He thrives on connecting with customers and working with a dynamic, diverse team. Outside of work, Mike enjoys hockey, golf, adventure sports, woodworking, and sushi.
Michael Gregory

Sales Manager: Asia

With a background in agricultural economics, Michael brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to sales at NDX. Since joining as Sales Manager in October 2025, he has focused on building strong customer relationships across Asia and supporting global growth. He values trust, transparency, and clear communication to drive long-term success. Outside of work, Michael enjoys sport and time with his wife and two young children. His motto: “The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
Andreas Moppin

Sales Manager: Americas

Andreas leads NDX’s business across North and South America, bringing over 20 years of experience in the global food industry. Having joined in 2024, he is well-versed in macadamias and thrives in the entrepreneurial spirit of a grower-owned cooperative. Known for building strong relationships, he focuses on driving long-term growth. Originally from Sweden and raised in the U.S., Andreas is based in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys hiking, boating, and the outdoors. His motto: “Let your light shine.”

Joseph Weiler

Sales Manager: Americas

With experience in the nut industry across California’s Central Valley, NDX’s new US Sales Manager brings a relationship focused and long term approach to sales. Since joining in May 2026, he has focused on expanding Golden’s customer base and growing market share across North America, particularly in the eastern region. Fluent in Spanish, he has successfully built strong customer connections across different markets and values persistence, trust, and consistency in every partnership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and hopes to pursue an MBA in the future. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, sports, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Jenna, and their five children, with their sixth child on the way. “Failure is not fatal. Success is not final.”
Melissa Van der Walt

Account Manager

With over 10 years at NDX, Melissa brings calm and clarity to logistics, managing air, sea, and road shipments from bookings to customs compliance. Detail-oriented and highly organised, she ensures everything arrives on time and works seamlessly within a dynamic team. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys painting, board games, and quiet creativity. Her motto: “You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.”

Celeste De Beer

Account Manager

Celeste helps ensure NDX’s global shipments run smoothly, managing carriers, documentation, and complex logistics with precision. With five years of industry experience and part of the Golden team since 2017, she values strong relationships and thrives in fast-paced supply chains. Her attention to detail and proactive approach keep operations on track and clients informed. Outside work, Celeste enjoys CrossFit, handstand walking, and trying new workouts. Her motto: “If it makes you happy, it doesn’t have to make sense to others.”

Jacolize Nell

Account Manager

With over a decade at NDX, Jacolize manages client relationships across the USA, Japan, and Malaysia, ensuring documentation, logistics, and communication run smoothly. Known for her calm, organised approach and strong attention to detail, she delivers excellent service and builds trusted partnerships. Outside work, she enjoys baking, gardening, and home-cooked meals. Her motto: “Keep showing up and doing great work even when no one is watching.”

Eugene Labuschagne

Business Analyst

Eugene has been with NDX for two years, supporting smooth systems through expert analysis and technical problem-solving. Known for his steady approach and strong troubleshooting skills, he excels at turning complex challenges into efficient solutions. Outside work, he enjoys DIY projects and collecting vintage toy cars. Favourite snack: lasagna. His motto: “Never run out of a plan.”
Pearl Mnisi

Quality Control Manager

With over a decade in quality assurance, Pearl ensures NDX maintains its high standards through audits, sample testing, compliance, and customer feedback. Known for her calm, solutions-focused approach and strong emotional intelligence, she resolves queries with care and precision. Outside work, she enjoys weekend hikes and good food, especially samp, prawns, and cake. Her motto: “One day, it’ll all make sense.”

Jean Pierre Wilford

Supply Chain Planner

With over 15 years in supply chain management, Jean Pierre brings strong end-to-end planning expertise. Since joining NDX in October 2025 as Supply Chain Planner, he focuses on data-driven decision-making and aligning production with sales to deliver the right product on time and in quality. CIPS accredited with diplomas in supply chain and business management, he is known for his structured, improvement-focused approach. Outside work, he enjoys running, cycling, braaiing, and travel. He is married with two young children. His motto: “You have to be willing to suffer now to achieve greatness later.”
Anlia Stavast

Marketing Manager

Anlia has combined design and marketing expertise since 2017 and brings over a year of experience in the macadamia industry. As Marketing Manager at NDX and Golden Macadamias, she connects strategy with action, ensuring brand consistency, supporting sales, and driving creative campaigns. Known for her adaptability and clear thinking, she thrives in fast-paced environments. Outside work, she enjoys coffee, running, painting, and has a soft spot for cookies and lasagna. Her motto: “Don’t overthink it – just do it.”

Louwdine Oosthuizen

Marketing Coordinator

Louwdine combines creativity, structure, and strategic thinking in her role, managing social media, campaigns, content, and events. At NDX, she ensures the brand voice stays consistent across all platforms. With strong attention to detail and a hands-on attitude, she thrives in fast-paced environments where teamwork drives results. Outside work, she’s a qualified fitness instructor who enjoys cappuccinos, biltong, cinnabons, and paddling on Lake Longmere. Her motto: “Fall. Learn. Adjust. Repeat.”
Cathlin Hepburn

Sales & Marketing Administrator

Now in her sixth year at NDX, Cathlin supports the sales and marketing team, handling travel, sample coordination, and daily operations. Her organised, detail-driven approach ensures everything runs smoothly. She thrives in collaborative environments and is always ready to help where needed. Outside work, Cathlin enjoys being on the water and holds a Category C Skipper’s License. Her motto: “Die with memories, not dreams.”

Marlize Kruger

NPD Manager

Marlize leads New Product Development at NDX with over a decade of food industry experience. From concept to launch, she turns product insights into innovative, market-ready creations, expanding Golden Macadamias into value-added products. She thrives in the fast-paced test kitchen, combining creativity and precision with passion and fun. Outside work, Marlize enjoys road running, crocheting, and keeping up with her toddler. Her motto: “Fake it till you make it.”
